Sigrid was born on August 2, 1977 in San Diego, California. There she attended the Mira Mesa High School and soon after the University of California where she received a B.A. in psychology. Her dance background began in the Mira Mesa high school's dance team and also while at the UCSD's Triton Dance Team. An additional opportunity came about with the San Diego Sockers as well. | |||

Sigrid was born on August 2, 1977 in San Diego, California. There she attended the Mira Mesa High School and soon after the University of California where she received a B.A. in psychology.
