Sara Beth was born on March 9, 1979 and hails originally from Houston Texas. She attended Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, CA then attended San Diego State University where she earned a degree as a Psychology major.

While in school she cheered one year in Fremont Football League, 4 years in high school and one year on West Coast Mavericks College Competition team. She was also a United Spirit Associaton (U.S.A.) cheer instructor for 3 years and has taken several hip hop classes and some jazz.

She attributes her parents for having the biggest influence in her life and enjoys photography, home decorating, dancing and being with friends and family.
