Monica has spent 9 years as a cheerleader in the NFL, 5 with the 49ers and 4 with another team currently unknown. She lives by the motto; "Life is too short to be unhappy" and describes herself as feisty, fearless, fun and driven. In her spare time she could be found reading something by Tim LaHaye, watching "Center Stage" or listening to "When Doves Cry" by Prince.
After leaving the poms behind she became an Interior Designer and owner of Interior Designs By Monica Calles serving in the Central Valley and throughout the state of California.[1]
